Green World started out humbly as an environmental awareness group, but then quickly saw the potential for harnessing the power of the internet and social media to raise awareness and to make a difference in our world. Originally the brain-child of Julie Strausser and Kevin R. Johnson, today Green World proudly employs 8 full-time individuals and a worldwide team of now over forty contributing creative writers, photojournalists, bloggers, and news junkies. Through the power of activism and the internet, we strive to improve the quality of life for ourselves, our peers, and future generations.
